Good knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures

Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and arranging them according to priorities
- Preparing invoices and financial statements and providing assistance in bookkeeping
Monitor office supplies and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the most cost effective orders
Maintain electronic and paper records and ensure information is organized so that it is easily accessible
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
Proficiency in using MS Office programs
Ability to use ERP Enterprise Resource Planning software
Proficiency in dealing with the technical vocabulary of different industries
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
The ability to negotiate and persuade
Good communication skills with different personalities
