Roles and responsibilities:

Availability of all raw materials required for operational operations in quantities commensurate with the size and nature of work
- Availability of standard health and professional conditions for workers, raw materials, places of preparation and preparation, and places of service for external or internal guests
Follow up the maintenance and repair of all equipment used in preparation, processing and service, in coordination with the administration
- Submitting the required reports (daily - weekly - monthly - yearly) or that are requested from him to assist other departments for speedy decision-making at the exact specified dates or according to the timing of their request.
- Creating a spirit of interest in critical hours among workers
Availability of all the materials necessary to operate the shop to the optimum extent for all. He shall be financially liable to the company for the lack of revenue as a result of the unavailability of the raw material if the reason is due to mismanagement in the shop
- Implementing the marketing programs for the store specified by the marketing department and making reports on the results
- Application of health, safety and security requirements systems (Civil Defense) in the store and the presence of all the correct documents prescribed by the company indicating the application to be presented to the official authorities in the event of their visit to the store and he shall be directly responsible before the administration for breaching any of them.
- Providing all means of work for employees until the required level of productivity is obtained
- Supplying and securing the company's revenues and following up on the safety of deposits in terms of security, from the branch to the bank deposit
- Follow-up of electronic applications for sales (Jahez - Hungerstation - Wasl - and others)
