Follow up on open and closed submissions
Maintain and store record of files and data and maintain office supplies
- Organizing internal and external events
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing sent messages
- Preparing and maintaining a system for handling project files
Distribute information according to instructions
- Maintaining the project database
- Vacancies in (Madinah and Al-Baha)
Requirements:
Hold an appropriate university degree or similar
Practical experience of not less than 5 years
Experience in saving and formatting documents using a computer using Primavera programs
Proficiency in Arabic and English, reading, writing and speaking
