Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage group sites (including all images, widgets, content, etc.).
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Oversee the management of all digital channels (including updates, design, user experience, etc.).
- Attention to social media across all channels and develop it with the team.
- Develop website traffic plan and create goals to achieve.
- Optimizing websites and social media channels for search engine optimization as well as usability.
Create, maintain, and implement digital editorial and marketing calendars.
- Maintain effective, coherent and attractive brand messages.
- Updating and managing the company blog, e-newsletter and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.).
Manage analytical tools such as Google Analytics and webmaster tools.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide detailed, accurate and ongoing reports
Partner with advertising and media professionals to increase marketing results.
Develop and supervise A/B testing procedures and protocols.
Conducting market studies and consumer behavior.
Requirements:
Previous Experience
Good English
Skill in using Google Analytics web analysis tools
The ability to translate creative ideas into tangible advertising, promotional, and marketing projects on the ground
Strong skills in persuasion and influencing others
