- Participates in all activities and activities related to the preparation and development of administrative training programs for the employees of the facility.
- Participates in determining the annual training needs of employees.
- Participates in prioritizing training and linking it to the annual training plan
- Participate in addressing local and international institutes and training centers and evaluate their offer and contract to implement some training programs in the facility and choose the best institute or center.
- Participates in determining the estimated financial cost of the proposed training programs
