Provide effective and comprehensive secretarial services to executive staff to meet the needs of all stakeholders

Coordinating and arranging the activities assigned to the Office of the Director General
- General Manager's evaluation of the daily activities of the department
- Arranging appointments and meetings for the Director General, recording this in the diary and making sure that the Director General obtains the appropriate documents for each of them.
- Attend meetings such as department heads meeting, executive committee meetings, etc. as directed by the General Manager. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English
Proficiency in English
Computer proficiency
The ability to move around for work requirements
Ability to prioritize work in a multi-interest environment
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with caution
Experience in the secretarial field of tourist hotels
Proficiency in using a variety of computer programs
