Job description:
Provide effective and comprehensive secretarial services to executive staff to meet the needs of all stakeholders
Set high performance standards and follow through on agreed targets (with your manager)
- Strive for continuous improvements, take responsibility for achieving business results and persevere despite obstacles
- Inform management of problems with suggestions to solve them
Work with your manager to ensure you have a clear vision of what is required to deliver results, and take action and responsibility to achieve this
Coordinating and arranging the activities assigned to the Office of the Director General
- General Manager's evaluation of the daily activities of the department
- Arranging appointments and meetings for the Director General, recording this in the diary and making sure that the Director General obtains the appropriate documents for each of them.
- Attend meetings such as department heads meeting, executive committee meetings, etc. as directed by the General Manager. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer proficiency
  • The ability to move around for work requirements
  • Ability to prioritize work in a multi-interest environment
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information with caution
  • Experience in the secretarial field of tourist hotels
  • Proficiency in using a variety of computer programs
