Secretary Responsibilities :
• Organizing meetings and official visits
• Organizing files, documents and records
• Receive phone calls and emails
• Welcoming guests
• Preparing meeting and conference rooms
• Attending meetings and preparing reports summarizing the results and decisions of the meeting
• Preparing documents and documents and amending them
• Review letters and documents before sending them
• Make travel reservations
• Preparing travel expense reports and invoices
• Ensure the correct implementation of administrative decisions
• Print written texts after editing them
• Creating filing systems, whether manual or computerized
• Reducing the burden on managers
