job description:
- The customer service employee facilitates the relationship between the company and customers by interacting with customers over the phone, via e-mail or social networking sites
- Answering customer inquiries
Provide service information
- Resolving any emerging problems that customers may encounter
Representing the company in the best possible way
mission:
- Answering clients over the phone
- Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services
Create new customer accounts, recording account information in written forms or digitally
- Listening to customers' concerns and complaints with the aim of identifying the causes of the problem
- Determine appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
Refer advanced cases to the administration for resolution, and provide basic information as necessary
Requirements:
Preference will be given to those with previous experience in the field
Basic knowledge of computer programs
Familiarity with all the goods, products and services provided by the company
