Develop and implement security policies and security procedures
Monitor security operations budgets and control expenditures
Recruitment, training and supervision of security officers and guards
Attend meetings with managers of different departments to determine operational needs
- Planning and coordinating security operations for various events
Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alerts
Review reports about incidents and violations
Investigate and solve security and protection issues
- Preparing and creating periodic reports for management on the security situation
Analyze data and make suggestions for improvements such as the application of new technology
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Proficiency in the use of technology and equipment for security and protection
Ability to prepare reports and plan for emergency response
Excellent knowledge of security and safety rules and procedures
Strong understanding and ability of budget preparation and statistical data analysis
Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs
The ability to communicate with different personalities
Certificate of experience as a security and safety manager
