Job description:
- Meets patients and establish new file.
- Customer Service and schedule appointments.
- Create package and offers for seasonal events of clinic service.
- Well knowing of the clinic services and attract customers by explaining all goods.
- Taking care of customers complains try to solve them and meet customers’ expectations and be reported and documented.
- Conduct daily receipts and bills submitted to the Accountant.
- Managing the reception staff and evaluate daily.
- Managing the cleaning staff and maintain clinic clean and well organize.
- Daily check for clinic needs and check requirements of services.
- Daily communication and report with Nurses and head Nurse to be aligned and report to HR department and submit evaluation.
- Dealing with Social media platforms of the clinic posts and activates
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Degree in languages
  • business management or a similar field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication and solving problem skills
  • Data entry and quick writing skills
  • Good English language
  • Good Attitude and presentable
Employment type:
  • Full Time
Salary Range: 4,000 S.R.
Benefits and Other Informations: - After 3 month salary will increase to 4.500
