- Receiving customers upon entering or leaving the restaurant
- Inventory and collect payments either by cash or credit cards
Monitor and follow up on the available stock of products and place an order for new products before stocks run out
- Resolving customer complaints, directing them and providing the necessary information
- Maintaining clean and tidy areas of the restaurant, and directing the designated staff to do so
