- Reviewing government departments and agencies to clear the transactions of the company, its employees and its customers
- Applying the company’s bylaws and regulations (viewing and implementing the regulations and circulars and keeping copies of them)
- Taking procedures related to passports, such as a request for issuance or renewal of residence, exit and return visas
- Taking procedures related to the labor office, such as requesting the issuance of work permits and work visas
Taking measures related to the police and traffic, such as issuing and renewing vehicle registration forms
- Issuance, renewal and follow-up of driving licenses and their requirements
- Reviewing municipalities and obtaining a health card for employees
- Perform all related tasks not mentioned above if needed
Requirements:
At least one year experience as a government relations officer
Experience in passport review, etc
Experience in management affairs and full knowledge of the work system
