Job description:
Call Center Supervisors are required.
Supervision in the call centers must do many things, including technical and administrative role of quality

1- Follow up the progress of the work in the call center both according to the time of work and the period in which he will work as well as follow up the problems of customers if any and follow up their requests and inquiries and make sure that all employees who fall under their management are to serve customers properly and correctly and of high quality and accurate and the most important is to make sure Information given to customers without prejudice to any information or doubts about giving it properly.
2 - Also the technical aspect is the follow-up tools work in the call center and ensure the normal and fast work without the occurrence or occurrence of problems in the devices or tools to help work.
3 - Carry out call analysis work and work to raise the appropriate management to the exact details of calls and problems and the nature of queries and work on the development of services provided in the answering machine.
4 - Supervisors shall also establish schedules of work for all employees concerned with the call center and their vacations and breaks and times of rest within the official working time so that the work will proceed smoothly without falling errors in the timing or breaks or vacations and the like.
5 - There are many technical tasks such as drawing the structure of the organization of tools to help work, such as drawing the form of communications coming and the ways you go to reach the responsible officer and work to develop strategic plans with other departments concerned.
6. Supervisors shall perform their usual functions at the call centers where they are currently working and other tasks that may be added later or not mentioned here.
Requirements:
  • • Experience of not less than 2-7 years as an administrator in one of the call centers known for quality and accuracy.
  • • University degree or secondary diploma.
  • • Mastering all computer skills and Office programs in an excellent way.
  • • English language must also be proficient.
