Job description:
A human resources specialist is required to work for a medium-sized company in Jeddah

mission:
- Working on the company's personnel files, keeping them and automating them
- Preparing internal transfer letters between administrative departments
- Work on the inventory of workers who wish to move or resign in the company and write decisions related to them
Follow up the renewal of employee contracts and end all administrative work related to them
- Follow up on the termination of employee contracts on the specified dates according to the company’s system and write related decisions and send them
- Participation in the status of employee leave
- Plans and implements a plan to advertise vacancies
- Developing the organizational structure of the company through the distribution of roles and the identification of administrative titles for the work team
- Interviewing the resigned employee and staying with him about the reasons that prompted him to leave the job and working to find solutions for them
- Implementing and planning initial interviews to select qualified applicants for vacant positions
- Establishes a system of incentives and material and moral rewards for employees within the company
Verify the availability of a supportive work environment by measuring the job satisfaction of the company's employees
- Develops and develops a performance appraisal plan
Providing the tools and business models required by the operations
- Establishing and developing the transportation and promotion system for employees and studying the solutions that arise from transfer and promotion
- Provides periodic reports on the company's performance levels and ways to address problems of low levels of performance
Determines the appropriate qualifications for filling jobs, such as the educational qualification, and the type and duration of experience required
Presenting recruitment mechanisms and plans
Benefit from government support programs to achieve social responsibility
Carrying out several tasks and responsibilities assigned to him by his direct supervisor or the director of the department
