- Permanent visits to branches and work to guide, motivate and follow up on branch managers and vendors
- Preparing the vacation plan, distributing shifts, and following up the branch managers for its implementation
- Follow up the daily sales and submit reports to the management about the most and least selling branches
- Follow up the marketing plans with the marketing department and the e-store
- Follow up on competitors permanently, see prices and compare them with our products
- Raising the recruitment needs to the Human Resources Department and conducting personal interviews for applicants
