- Set up workstations with necessary computers and peripherals (routers, printers, etc.)
- Checking computers (hard drive, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that improve performance
Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Provide guidance and counseling to users on how to operate new software and computers
Organizing and scheduling promotions and maintenance without hindering others from completing their work
- Troubleshooting to diagnose and fix problems (repair or replacement of parts, debugging, etc.)
- Maintain records of repairs, repairs and maintenance schedule
