Organizing and maintaining personnel files and human resource management forms
Entering employee data into the system
Determining the termination of the contractual relationship of the employee (resignation, termination of an employment contract, termination of a probationary period)
- Preparing end-of-service benefits and signing the employee's final clearance
Establishing and developing policies for the transfer and promotion system for employees
- Working on providing employee services (following up on annual leaves and checking sick leaves/issuing definitions/following up on additions and deletions from medical insurance/issuance of service certificates/assignments)
- Follow up the attendance and leave file of employees
- Determining job vacancies, and being fully familiar with employment sources such as (LinkedIn & Bayt.com)
Conducting personal interviews, nomination for approved recruitment stages from direct signature and others
- Preparing reports for the human resources manager (final clearance report, assignment report, employee contracts report, medical insurance report, annual evaluations report for employees, employee letters report, insurance report, evaluator report)
Requirements:
Bachelor of Human Resources
Computer proficiency (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Full knowledge of the regulations and laws of the Saudi labor system
Adequate knowledge of human resource systems
Communication, flexibility and effective thinking
Familiarity with dealing with government platforms such as Qiwa, Social Insurance, Muqeem and others
