Job description:
- Develop, apply and develop procedures, policies and plans for the recruitment of staff and organize procedures to manage their affairs during service in order to ensure the effective use of human resources in all administrative units in the institution and follow up everything related to the service of its employees through the work of services and administrative affairs and providing and improving working methods and in coordination with Other administrative units and the implementation of administrative procedures, policies and plans that work to achieve and develop the methods and procedures of administrative work for the success of the work team and to achieve satisfaction and job security and development of skills and abilities And to implement the computer systems for all methods and procedures of work and provide technical support and automatic maintenance for all employees in the institution with the application of the best and most secure systems of occupational safety and health and safety.
