A human resources specialist is required to work for a national company in Riyadh
Roles and responsibilities:
- Preparing the job description for the company’s jobs and the salary scale
- Performing necessary administrative duties
- Conducting performance and wage reviews
- Conducting monthly performance appraisals for employees
- Reviewing and checking attendance and leaving and applying the system of penalties and discounts, while adhering to what was stated in the work regulations
Awareness and understanding of labor laws and regulations and regulations
Fostering a positive work environment
Create clear and concise reports
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
Resolve disputes through positive and professional mediation
Follow up on all relevant government websites and employee issues
Handling employee and vacation files.
Review, upgrade and create all kinds of forms or official documents needed for HR assignments, employee evaluations, contract forms, whistleblowers, etc., if required
Location: Riyadh - Olaya District - Business Bay Complex
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Experience with HR software such as Bridge and ZenHR
