1- Supervising the branch’s business in terms of management and sales and achieving the sales targets set for the branch
2- Supervising administratively and professionally all employees in the branch, determining their tasks and duties, and controlling their work
3- Providing all the requirements and needs of the branch in terms of material and human resources that help in operating and managing the branch in a good way
4- Follow up on the implementation of purchase orders and contracts received from customers at the specified times in cooperation with those in charge of executing operations and in accordance with the required specifications
5- Surveying customers’ opinions, desires and requests towards the facility’s services and submitting opinions, desires and requests to the direct manager for consideration
6- Working to establish, maintain and maintain good working relationships with the clients of the facility and follow up their requests and work to meet them
7- Participate in preparing the branch’s policies and procedures, which ensure increased sales in the branch responsible for it
8- Submitting monthly, periodic and annual reports to the direct manager on the progress of work and submitting appropriate and appropriate suggestions
