A personnel specialist is required to work for a major national company in Dammam
mission:
- Working on the company's personnel files, keeping them and automating them
- Follow up on the implementation of e-government services and any new services related to the company's activities
- Preparing internal transfer letters between administrative departments
- Work on the inventory of workers who wish to move or resign in the company and write decisions related to them
- Follow up on the issuance and renewal of all licenses, permits and commercial records of the company
Follow up the renewal of employee contracts and end all administrative work related to them
- Follow-up on the termination of employee contracts on the specified dates according to the company’s system and writing related decisions and sending them
Participate in the development of employee leave and issue related decisions
Representing the company in government and private agencies and finalizing the company’s transactions
