- Responsible for all quality, hygiene, food safety and evaluation works in all the company’s facilities and preparing monthly and weekly reports on them
- Setting quality standards, supervising their implementation, examination and testing, developing policies, procedures and measures, in addition to ensuring compliance with quality standards, especially with the Food and Drug Authority and sub-secretariats systems.
Managing quality audits inside and outside the company
Providing advice and suggestions to improve quality
Full training for all employees within the company in the field of food safety
Monitor the quality of the materials used and their expiration date before using them
- Preparing the required reports (weekly, monthly, annual) to assist other departments to speed up the appropriate decision-making in terms of quality and high quality work.
Quality control, customer satisfaction, service speed, monitoring of local competitors and their operations, making comparisons and presenting them to direct management
Monitoring food packaging materials and ensuring their health safety and compliance with the quality requirements of the Food and Drug Authority
