Job description:
- Managing travel procedures and schedule
- Dealing with requests for information directly and providing it as soon as possible
- Preparing correspondence and mail in a comprehensive manner
Arranging incoming and outgoing mail, documenting, recording and numbering it
- Preparing statistical reports
Spreadsheet management
- Receiving and greeting visitors
Preparing confidential and sensitive documents and dealing with them honestly and faithfully
- Coordination of office management activities
Identify issues of highest priority and deal with them accordingly
Preparing the meeting agenda, following up on its distribution, and ensuring that it is handed over to the person concerned
Dealing professionally with verbal orders and working on decision-making
- Assist in preparing office budget
- Organizing and arranging activities for events and celebrations
- Organizing and completing all office procedures
- Coordination and archiving of travel missions for managers; And collect all its data, keep travel vouchers and make records
Professional handling of office equipment, such as computers, copiers, scanners, etc
- Coordination of committees and work teams and follow-up of their work
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality in dealing with various data
  • Excellent time management ability
