• Review the drawings and ensure the integrity of the design
• Review the conformity of the structural and architectural drawings with mechanical and electrical
• Ensure that the drawings are consistent with the purpose of operation
• Calculating the quantities of raw materials required for implementation, such as cement, iron, sand, tooth, gravel, bricks and water
• Determining the equipment required for implementation and the required manpower, including monitors and technical and non-technical workers
• Provide a list of needs on a weekly or monthly basis
• Presenting the timetable and the time plan for implementation according to which the implementation will be carried out, and specifying the temporal and spatial stages of implementation
• Submitting a request for the financial plan and site requirements for financial support during each operational phase
• Monitoring the quality of work and receiving work from contractors
• Follow-up on the conformity of the time and financial plan with reality and make any required modification to avoid the occurrence of successive problems
• Review abstracts with contractors
Submitting technical, temporal and financial reports to the management, which benefit the development of the project and the extent to which the actual development of the subject matches the implementation plan
• Attending meetings and identifying differences, developments and modifications that may occur to the project

Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
