Responsibilities and tasks:
- Carrying out exit and return visa procedures for employees according to the approved leave request or business trips, as well as returning the passports to the Personnel Affairs to be returned to the branches or departments before the start of the leave
Renewing the commercial registration of the company on the specified date and renewing the membership of the Chamber of Commerce annually at the beginning of the year
- Settlement and approval of the custody procedures for the department, and submit all documents to the financial department after their approval immediately after the end of the custody to return compensation according to the system
- Ratification of the company’s letters and contracts from the Chamber of Commerce or other bodies as requested by the concerned departments
Carrying out any other work or tasks to follow up and review government agencies as required by the company’s work
Implementation of all administrative affairs requests in all government agencies
Implementation of all requests related to the company's departments from government agencies
Requirements:
University degree or qualification above average
Computer proficiency
good english
At least two years of experience as a government relations officer
