Basic tasks:
Providing assistance and support to the company's senior management and taking care of organizing all administrative work related to it.
Directing and following up the rest of the company's internal departments and offices.
- Coordinating and scheduling any appointments or engagements of the General Manager, whether inside or outside the company, such as interviews, meetings and others.
- Attending all company meetings, whether accompanying or acting on behalf of the General Manager.
Save any resulting decisions or recommendations to be presented to the Director General at a later time.
- Follow up on the implementation of any decisions issued by the Director General.
Arranging and confirming travel reservations for the General Manager.
- Writing administrative letters and e-mails to various parties.
- Executing any other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
Requirements:
English at an advanced level (spoken and written)
Saudi national
An academic qualification of not less than a diploma in the disciplines of office management, preferably (Executive Secretarial)
At least two years of practical experience in the field of executive secretarial
