Job description:
Participate in deriving the strategic objectives of the various organizational units in the entity based on the general vision and strategy, and ensure the development of methodologies, frameworks and accurate measures to measure the level of achievement of these strategic plans and objectives and how to measure them and submit specialized technical reports in them
- Supervising the processes of analyzing data received from other organizational units and making recommendations to senior management in order to ensure the existence of all mechanisms, applications and resources required to monitor and record key performance indicators continuously and accurately, and submit proposals on ways to activate and automate the process of following up, recording and tracking key performance indicators.
- Supervising the process of updating and amending the Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators in accordance with the changes and modifications in the strategic plans and objectives and after the approval of the higher management in the entity
- Ensuring coordination with the various organizational units in the entity in order to obtain their data and information related to the progress of implementing the various strategies and plans, and ensuring their consistency, comprehensiveness and compatibility with the policies and procedures approved by the entity
- Supervising the processes of preparing and preparing summaries and general reports related to the management of follow-up activities and measuring the level of general performance, presenting them to senior management, briefing them on various challenges and developments, and consulting them on various strategic issues and important future initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences or Business Administration
  • Professional Quality Certificate
  • Leadership, communication, organization and problem solving skills
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
  • French-good

Salary Range: 7,000 S.R.
