Job description:
HR Specialist Responsibilities and Duties:

- Plans and implements a plan to advertise vacancies
Prepares and develops the organizational structure of the company by assigning roles and defining administrative titles for the work team
- Interviewing the resigned employee and staying with him about the reasons that prompted him to leave the job and working to find solutions to them
- Implementing and planning initial interviews to select qualified applicants for vacant positions
- Establishes a system of incentives and material and moral rewards for employees within the company
Verify the availability of a supportive work environment by measuring the job satisfaction of the company's employees
- He sets a plan to evaluate the administration and develops it with the participation of the people's supervisors as required by the need
Providing the tools and business models required by the operations
- Establishing and developing the transfer and promotion system for employees and studying the solutions that arise from transfer and promotion
- Provides periodic reports on the company's performance levels and ways to address problems of low levels of performance
Determines the appropriate qualifications for filling jobs, such as the educational qualification, and the type and duration of experience required
- Maintains good relationships with applicants' sources of supply
Presenting recruitment mechanisms and plans
Benefit from government support programs to achieve social responsibility
Carrying out several tasks and responsibilities assigned to him by his direct supervisor or the director of the department

Skills:
Adequate knowledge of management principles such as planning and managing work resources and preparing management reports

Requirements:
  • Possess a university degree in a relevant administrative field
  • Sufficient experience in various operations of human resource management
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources

  • 3-10 years of experience in the field of human resources
  • Ability to use computers, human resource management software, and systems that track applicants
