Building insurance relationships between the client and the company, and searching for insurance companies and commercial sectors
Issuance of new insurance policies on the company's system
- Follow up on the renewal of insurance policies and provide quotes to clients
- Make phone calls with target clients of the company and existing clients
- Presenting new offers, answering incoming calls from existing customers, solving customer problems and providing after-sales service
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in Telephone Sales and Customer Communication
Fluency in spoken and written English
Preference will be given to those who have insurance experience and hold a certificate of basics of insurance from the Banking Institute
