Job description:

- Direct new employees about the organization's system and policies so that they understand all the procedures applied in the institution
- To monitor the assets and assets of the institution in order to preserve its interests
- The necessary cooperation and coordination with the managers and employees of the institution in order to raise the level of performance of employees in particular and the level of performance of the institution in general
- Determine the needs of the institution of employees and employees according to the instructions of senior management

- Carrying out all recruitment and maintenance activities

- Keeping copies of circulars and instructions received from outside the organization and indexed in the files dedicated and addressed as well as the internal circulars and instructions and decisions of the institution
- Follow up letters and transactions that need to be ratified by the ministries or embassies that belong to the institution or its employees
- Follow-up of the work of commenting with the respondent on the issue of residence and visas, and all related to the transactions of employees at the Department of passports or recruitment
- Follow up payments of electricity, water and telephone bills
- Follow-up issuance of work visas to the institution at government agencies
- Follow-up and confirmation of travel of employees to their country during the holiday or final exit by issuing orders and receiving tickets from the airline and handing over to the employee when traveling
- Issuing the sanctions decisions according to the instructions and regulations
- Follow up the work of the institution in all the tasks assigned to it
Requirements:
  • Saudi
  • Not more than 45 years old
  • Personal leadership and capable of making decisions and able to build relationships and solve problems
  • It has the ability to re-engineer staff policies and procedures
  • A university degree from a recognized university
  • At least 5 years of experience as Manager of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources in national companies.
  • Full knowledge of the computer and prefer to work on the Oracle system
  • Full knowledge of the system of work and insurance and the Human Resources Fund and the regulations and regulations of companies and chambers of commerce and government agencies Dat relationship with retail stores
