Responsibilities:
- Operations and operations management for an existing online store and in the stage of expansion and growth, the store has a special center for operations management and order processing and owns a special website and also has accounts on electronic platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour and others
mission:
• Managing and directing the operating team, distributing and following-up tasks and ensuring their interrelationship to achieve the best performance
• Develop current procedures in inventory management, entry and exit of products, tracking and inventory, as well as procedures for processing orders and returns
• Supervising inventory management, processing shipments, receiving returns, and ensuring the progress of operations
• Ensure the quality and safety of products and establish policies and procedures to maintain them
• Supervising and developing store accounts on electronic platforms (such as Amazon, Noon and Carrefour), preparing sales and inventory reports and analyzing them to increase sales, establishing a mechanism for periodic price follow-up, stock replenishment, participation in campaigns and others
• Reviewing the site's content on all platforms and working to improve and develop it
• Manage connection services and accounts with external service providers such as shipping companies
• Dealing with customer complaints regarding product safety, packaging and shipping and providing appropriate solutions
• Management of purchases and sales data in the cloud-connected system (Zoho)
• Periodic follow-up of inventory systems and analyzes for future purchases
• Effective communication with the marketing team to improve the site, arrange marketing campaigns and others, and also coordinate with the procurement team to prepare purchase orders
• Coordination of relationships and the flow of tasks between the relevant departments (marketing - customer service - operation)
• Submitting monthly reports and statistics to the management on the performance of the store and the operating team, as well as problems, solutions and suggested recommendations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in the same field, preferably e-commerce, supply chains, or the like
Previous experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or similar field is preferred
Proficiency in Arabic and English, especially writing and reading
Full knowledge of the use of computers and Microsoft Windows programs, especially Excel
