Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting offers of software to clients
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team goals
Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature
Work management to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
- Building strong relationships with clients and retaining existing clients
Acquisition of new clients through cold calling, prospecting and networking
Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior
Maintain accurate records related to stock and account notes
- Maintain updated knowledge of the company's products and services
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional problems by improving processes
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred
One to two years experience as an account manager in an IT company
Excellent communication skills, preferably original in Arabic, and proficiency in English
Adept level of technical understanding, with an interest in learning new technology trends
Excellent presentation skills with effective verbal communication
