Participate in drawing up the organizational structure of the company and defining lines of authority and responsibility
- Following up the vacancy plan, conducting interviews and job tests
Monitoring the health environment and public safety at the company's headquarters and all its buildings
- Follow up on employee work hours, including vacations, and enter them into the system
Implement any incentive or disciplinary measures approved by the management
- Follow up on the issuance of health insurance cards for employees and follow up the company’s file with the Social Insurance Institution
Work on the various Saudi electronic government platforms
- Follow up on employee files and ensure that they are constantly updated
- Preparing schedules and statements of salaries, incentives and monthly deductions
- Follow up the matrix of training needs and work to update it constantly
- Executing all operations of the Human Resources and Personnel Affairs Department
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
