- Answer the phone and the reservation system
- Receiving customers and introducing them to the restaurant and menus, and accompanying them to the tables as well
Greet guests when they enter, and put them on the Waiting List as necessary
Provide guests with menus, and answer any initial questions
- Taking care of guests sitting at tables or in waiting areas
Guide customers to their preferred tables
Interact with customers to make sure they are happy with the food and service
- Responding to complaints and helping to solve them
- Answer phone calls, make reservations for customers, and answer their questions
Assisting with other functions in the restaurant as needed
- Provide great customer service
Requirements:
Tact and good looking
Experience of not less than one year
