- Preparing work contracts and salary statements for employees
- Follow up on employee data entries, their entitlements, vacations, absence and penalties in the computer program specified for that, and review the initial and final payroll statements and match them with the numbers and names of employees in the various cost centers of the company’s departments
- Preparing and reviewing data on premiums for deductions and subscriptions for the professional notification branch, and subscription for social insurance for employees
- Preparing the entitlements of the licensed employees and those on official work assignments and settling their financial entitlements in accordance with the regulations and controls, and coordinating with the company’s financial department
Preparing reports, statistics and data that are requested in the areas of salaries and employee entitlements, settlement and preparation of end of service clearance for employees whose services have been terminated in accordance with the controls, procedures and statutory entitlements
- Follow-up and follow-up performance appraisal report forms during the probationary period or the annual evaluation of employees
