- Holding periodic meetings with the contractor and owner to follow up the progress of work
- Follow up on project schedules
- Reviewing and approving the current extracts and submitting them to the landfill management so that they can then be submitted to the owner
- Follow up on the works implemented in the project and receive the construction and architectural works
- Follow-up on-site and laboratory tests for the project
- Coordination with the supervision department in arranging the dates of visits of the surveying, electrical and mechanical engineers to the project to receive the works within their specialization
Carrying out all the necessary works and requirements to ensure the quality of the executed works and the speed of the workflow, and to complete the work assigned to him in accordance with the principles of the profession
- The link between the contractor, the supervision department and the owner
Providing daily reports to the supervision department
Providing the supervision and owner management with weekly and monthly reports and the monthly Mudon report
- Protecting the rights of the office from preparing and maintaining all documents of correspondence, minutes of meetings, etc., and providing the supervision department with electronic copies of them, and handing over all project documents in hard and electronic copies at the end of the project
- Working on office projects in Sudair Industrial City, Riyadh
- Work 6 days a week (8 hours a day) in proportion to the contractor's working hours
