- Follow-up of incoming and outgoing mail in terms of audit, signature, follow-up and transfer to the relevant authorities.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the information contained in the files and records it uses.
- Securing the printing of all regular and confidential correspondence.
- Keeping books, materials and scientific journals circulars concerning the nature of work.
- Organizing the appointments and making a daily schedule and weekly with them, and arrange the dates of the reviewers.
- Secure telephone communications.
- Coordinate and follow up the preparation of the meetings that should be attended and ensure that the conference room is equipped with all the facilities and requirements required by these meetings, and writing minutes of meetings and documentation, and follow-up implementation of its recommendations in accordance with the instructions.
- Follow-up to secure all matters related to hospitality whenever required.
- Any other tasks assigned to him directly by the President in the field of work
Requirements:
Secondary secondary education as a minimum
Proficiency in the use of computer programs, especially Office programs
Experience in the same field
