Job description:
- Developing and updating contracts in connection with additional services or by deleting any of the services agreed upon in the organization's original contract
Ensure that all deadlines and terms outlined in contracts (such as purchases and payments) are met
- Sign contracts in coordination with the concerned authorities in the company and keep the original copies of the concluded contracts
Carry out any other assignment or tasks related to the job under the direction of a superior
Review and update existing contracts, and explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
- Negotiating contract terms with internal and external business partners
- Follow up on the validity periods of contracts to determine the dates of their renewal when necessary
Participate in the supplier evaluation process regarding the extent of commitment to implement the terms of the contract
Ensure that employees understand and abide by the organisation's contracts
Analyze the potential risks involved in the terms of the contract
- Reviewing legislative changes and coordinating with the legal department when needed
Requirements:
