An assistant director of an engineering office is required to work in Riyadh

Construction experience
Ability to use computer applications, engineering applications and design
The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time as well as the ability to make quick decisions according to business needs and changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Knowing the requirements of the Saudi building code, issuing building licenses, and local requirements
- Supervising the management of the office’s affairs and activities to ensure the proper functioning of the office
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in the field of engineering offices and supervision
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and technical skills
  • Ability to solve problems and use initiative to analyze and respond appropriately to a situation
  • Substantial knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in the construction and maintenance of buildings and facilities in the field of architectural works in relation to public buildings and facilities
  • Excellent knowledge of municipality, civil defense and other local authorities requirements and international standards
  • The ability to make decisions, act on their own, and act in a proactive manner
  • Previous experience in site supervision roles
