- 2 Saudi restaurant supervisors are required to work for Asl Al-Burger restaurants in Riyadh
Responsibilities:
Monitoring branch cameras, writing reports, and taking instructions from district managers
- Conducting field visits to the branches on a regular basis
- Follow up and improve the performance of the branches in line with the objectives and strategies of Asl Burger Restaurant
Direct supervision of the branches, solving problems, and following up on solutions in the correct and unified way
- Familiarity with the franchise manual and the operating manual in full and updating it continuously
Training and continuous improvement of the branch and its subordinate employees
- Standardizing the level of quality, service and method of work in all branches by following the unified operating manual
- Preparing new branches, whether owned or franchised, and ensuring their adherence to the unified franchise guide
- Direct supervision of downloading new products and matching them with the franchise guide
- Direct supervision by the area manager on new services and updating them in accordance with the strategy and plan of the origin of the burger
Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor's degree
Age from 23 - 35 years old
Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
