Responsibilities:
• Exchange of maintenance and management online
• Manage M365 cloud services, eg (endpoint manager, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, etc.)
• Scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell
• Install and configure computers, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Rapid response to service issues and requests
• Provide technical support across the company (may be in-person or remotely)
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary
Requirements:
Experience in the same field more than 3 years
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the required field
Fluent in spoken and written English
Good experience with Linux and Webhosting
Good experience with Worry-Free Trend Micro
Good experience with Knox Suite
Experience with Odoo - PLUS
Language requirements:
English-fluent
