- Supervises sales representatives and plans their work on the itineraries and raises the efficiency of the delegates
Organizing work within the branch by updating itineraries according to positive and negative visits
- Follows up on the settlement of the daily custody and the daily cash supply to the treasury with the branch accountant
Trains sales representatives theoretically and practically on a daily basis and determines the strengths and weaknesses of the representative and training needs
Opening new customers and expanding vertically and horizontally in the region to increase the volume of business
- Ensures that cars are clean and suitable for work and workers' uniforms daily
Provides reports on market changes (prices / new products / promotion programs) for the company and for competitors
- Customers visit daily field visits to ensure the level of service and regular visits to customers and increase the volume of sales with customers
