Documenting movements, financial records, purchases and sales movements
- Participate in preparing the necessary reports, lists, financial schedules and accounting books on a regular basis
Accounting for suppliers and agents
- Preparing exchange orders and recording daily revenues and following them up
- Reviewing and auditing monthly salaries and employee entitlements
Suggesting financial measures to be taken
Recording and inventorying the company's assets at the end of the fiscal year
Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information
- Conducting and following up banking operations
Entering data and information into computer systems such as invoices, financial documents, entries, exchange orders, and all different accounts
Archive all accounting bonds in their own files and arrange them in a proper manner that is easy to refer to when needed
