- The applicant is subject to a training course for one week ended by employment at one of the branches of the coffee shop in the Kingdom where he is trained as follows:
- Hot drinks (mocha - cappuccino - leite) and cold drinks (died - Mocha Crash - IT)
- Cashier course
- The art of reception and dealing
