- Review the conformity of the structural and architectural drawings with mechanical and electrical
- Ensure that the drawings are consistent with the purpose of operation
Calculating the quantities of raw materials required for implementation, such as cement, iron, sand, tooth, gravel, bricks and water
Determining the equipment required for implementation and the required manpower, including industrialists, observers, technical and non-technical workers
Submit orders with the required needs at the level of the week or month
Presenting the timetable and the time plan for implementation according to which the implementation is to be carried out, and specifying the temporal and spatial stages of implementation.
Submit a request for the financial plan and site requirements for financial support during each implementation stage
- Monitoring the quality of work and receiving the work from subcontractors and handing it over to the consultant
- Follow up on the conformity of the time and financial plan with reality and make any necessary adjustment to avoid the occurrence of successive problems
- Review abstracts with contractors
Presenting extracts of what has been implemented to the owner through the consultant
Submitting technical, temporal and financial reports to the management that benefit the development of the project and the extent to which the actual development of the subject matches the implementation plan
- Attending meetings, identifying differences, developments and modifications that may occur to the project, and discussing short-term time plans that are determined in periodic meetings
Requirements:
Advanced English
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Team management ability
Proficiency in the use of various engineering software
