- A government department observer is required to comment on the administrative department’s transactions with ministries, government departments, various public institutions, and private sector institutions and companies, and notify his reference of the transaction’s position and the deficiencies that must be added according to the request of the entity to which the transaction is submitted, knowing the dates of its termination and referring it to other parties or returning it to the administrative authority as the case may be. The tracker is in the process of finalizing the procedures for bringing in whom the government entity wishes to bring to work for it, obtain exit and return and final exit visas, issue residency and specify it for the contractors of the administrative authority and any other work that falls under this comment.
Functional tasks :
Delivery of letters and parcels issued to government, private and relevant agencies
Receipt of transactions directed to the company from the relevant authorities
Ending transactions and procedures with the relevant government and private agencies
Renew all company documents and licenses
Follow up the mail and bring it to the company's headquarters
- Preparing papers, files and records organizing his work
- Perform any other duties assigned to him by the management
Requirements:
Minimum education level: high school or equivalent
Proficiency in the use of computers and Office programs
He has a car and a driver's license
Speak in Arabic and English
Good knowledge of all government departments in the area in which he works
High skill in leadership and supervision
Thorough knowledge of legislation, laws and regulations
High ability to direct and logical analysis
High ability to make decisions and assume responsibilities
Communication skills and the art of dealing with others
