Main duties:
Providing the best possible dental services to our auditors
- Assisting the dentist in the clinical examination of the auditors
Organizing dental instruments and dental materials from the arrival of the auditor to his departure
Administrative tasks:
Organizing daily outpatient schedules
Identifying cases that require special attention and ensuring that they are followed up with other medical departments
- Provide and maintain regular statistics for management
- Coordination with doctors and the head of the department in case of any special circumstances, and in cases of reception and evacuation
Organizing department needs and early reporting of any actual or expected shortages of materials
Adhere to the policies, procedures, principles and guidelines, including the code of ethics and conduct stipulated in the hospital.
Report any unusual and inappropriate incidents in the form of an Incident Report (IOR)
Clinical tasks:
Preparing references and preparing the necessary tools for all
Dental examination procedures
Performing x-rays according to the doctor's recommendations
- Maintaining cleanliness and sterilization of the workplace before and after the examination
- All work related to maintaining the cleanliness of the dental clinic
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry with at least 2 years experience
Post-secondary dental assistant diploma (the duration of study is not less than two years after high school) with an experience of not less than three years
Classification certificate from the Commission for Health Specialties
