Introducing the applicant to the job with all the details of the job he is applying to, such as rights and duties
- Selection and appointment of new employees based on the required data and the extent of matching qualifications
Designing the organizational structure and the administrative hierarchy of the institution, in accordance with the administrative principles
Attention to the supervision of employee relations
Organizing, planning and directing the functions and administrative services in the company
Representing the link between employees and company management
Consult with staff to determine the necessary qualifications and experience
Enhancing and encouraging the workforce with the aim of obtaining the best results
- Solve problems that occur between employees and management
Introduce the company's managers to the company's policies
- Creating, organizing, evaluating and leading training programmes
- Enhance employee performance
Continuously updating job qualifications and job descriptions for all positions in the company
Maintaining documents and recordings, setting up a system for retrieving old files and documents, and recording recent data
