Job description:
Implementation of planning and executive programs for human resources
Editing all appointments, dismissals, resignations, and vacations
- Preparing payroll and promotions statements
- Assisting and participating in job advertisements, receiving applicants, conducting interviews, and nominating the best elements for work
- Participation in the maintenance, renewal and modification of job description cards issuances
- Maintaining personnel files in the legal form according to the instructions
Editing annual evaluation reports for all employees of the organization
Any other tasks assigned to him by the direct manager
- Preparing and editing statements of regular and installment advances according to the instructions
- Follow up on attendance, leave and absence
  • Dealing with desktop computers
  • Medium management skills to manage those under his supervision and distribute business to them
  • Effective communication skills and information delivery to specialists and non-specialists
  • The ability to complete and perform more than one job at one time without confusion
