- Follow up and perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage and track reservations online and over the phone
- Inform customers about payment methods Verify their credit card data
- Recording the necessary data and information for visitors
- Receiving and welcoming visitors upon their arrival and directing them to the rooms
- Cooperating with visitors and providing information about the hotel, available rooms, prices and facilities
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with the various departments within the hotel according to the needs of the guests
- Confirm reservations and arrange customer services
- Regular update and maintenance of records of reservations and payments
Requirements:
Familiarity with computer programs
Experience in the same field
Experience and knowledge in public relations and customer service
